I am a Master Instructor in the martial arts, and have trained for 30 years. I strongly believe in the importance of stretching and flexibility training. This physical training program will emphasize that flexibility and range of motion, and will also utilize some basic martial arts moves including kicks, hand strikes, and some boxing techniques. We have the machines that other gyms do, but that gets to be boring pretty quick. The incorporation of the martial arts is a major unique advantage to this program.
$50/hr. 1 month minimum (two times a week) - This includes unlimited access to all of our cardio equipment anytime we are open.
If you wish to include training partners, we are happy to set up a graduated fee structure for multiple people:
Personal Adult Fitness Training:
- 1 Person Training: $50/hour
- 2 Person Training: $80/hour
- 3 Person Training: $90/hour
- 4 Person Training: $100/hour
Free session incentive for referring a new client.
Our gym is a private one – it’s smaller, and more intimate than a large fitness facility, and you don’t have to feel like there’s a bunch of people gawking at you while you train.
Our clients can come in to do free cardio anytime we’re open – I can’t see charging someone $50/hr. to get on a treadmill
Our program employs a lot of free weight exercises for the balancing, stabilizing effect it has on both the major target muscles, as well as the smaller stabilizing ones. We also use machines to supplement the free weight equipment, and to change up the workouts.
